01Who we are
The Bloom Metric, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“The Bloom Metric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business education and consulting company. We teach people how to build and launch a high ticket offer they own, and we provide related coaching, templates, software access, and done for you services.
The legal entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy is The Bloom Metric, LLC. For privacy purposes we are the “controller” of this information, which means we decide why and how it is used.
This policy applies to our website, our registration and checkout flows, our email list, our live sessions and webinars, and our coaching and client delivery. It does not apply to third party platforms we link to, which are covered in section 16.
02Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details. Your name, email address, and, if you provide it, your phone number and mailing address.
- Registration details. When you register for a live session or webinar we collect your email address and any answers you give on the registration form.
- Application and booking details. When you apply for a program or book a call, we collect what you tell us about your background, your business, what you are trying to build, where you are stuck, and your budget range.
- Purchase details. When you buy a program we collect your billing name, billing address, email, and the details of what you bought. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor.
- Client work product. If you become a coaching or services client, we receive the materials you share with us so we can do the work, including drafts, offer documents, brand materials, and account information you choose to give us.
- Communications. Emails, messages, call notes, and, where you have been told in advance and consent, recordings of coaching or group calls.
- Anything else you volunteer. Survey responses, testimonials, and comments you post in our community spaces.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, and language settings.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links and buttons clicked, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit.
- Video engagement. Whether an embedded video was played, how far through it you watched, and whether you turned sound on.
- Email engagement. Whether you opened an email and which links you clicked, collected through our email platform.
Information we receive from others
- Payment confirmations from our payment processor, including whether a transaction succeeded, the last four digits of the card, and the billing country.
- Scheduling data from Calendly when you book a call, including the details you entered on the booking form.
- Community activity from Skool if you join our free community, subject to Skool's own privacy policy.
- Public information such as reviews you have chosen to publish about us, and information from your public social media profiles if you interact with our accounts.
03How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes and no others without telling you first:
- To deliver what you asked for. Send your webinar link and reminders, give you access to a course or community, schedule and hold your calls, and deliver the coaching or services you purchased.
- To process payments and issue receipts, invoices, and refunds through our payment processor.
- To communicate with you. Answer your questions, send service messages about your account or purchase, and send marketing emails you have opted into.
- To evaluate applications. Review what you tell us on an application form so we can decide whether a program is a fit for you and prepare for your call.
- To improve the site and our programs. Understand which pages, videos, and offers people actually engage with, and fix what is broken.
- To market responsibly. Measure whether our ads and content are working, and, where permitted, show you relevant content on other platforms. You can opt out of this. See section 7.
- To keep things secure and prevent fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting records, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information to train third party artificial intelligence models, and we do not upload client work product into public AI tools in a way that would let a vendor train on it. Where we use AI tools internally to support delivery, we use accounts and settings configured so that your content is not used for model training.
04Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
| Legal basis | When we rely on it |
|---|---|
| Contract | Delivering a program, course, community access, or service you purchased, and processing your payment. |
| Consent | Sending marketing emails, setting non essential cookies, and recording calls. You may withdraw consent at any time. |
| Legitimate interests | Securing our site, preventing fraud, understanding aggregate site usage, and responding to your enquiries. We balance these against your rights. |
| Legal obligation | Keeping tax, accounting, and transaction records, and responding to lawful requests from authorities. |
05Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and pixels, in the following categories:
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the site working, remembers that you dismissed a dialog, protects against abuse. | No. The site will not function correctly without these. |
| Analytics | Tells us which pages and videos people engage with, in aggregate. | Yes. |
| Advertising | Measures whether an ad led to a registration, and allows us to show relevant content on other platforms. | Yes. |
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may break parts of the site.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not respond to them. We do respond to GPC as described above.
06How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in the situations below.
Other situations
- Professional advisors. Our accountants and lawyers, when needed and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we need to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
- Business transfer. If The Bloom Metric is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share something, for example a testimonial you have approved in writing.
07Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, under California and several other US state privacy laws, the terms “sell” and “share” are defined broadly and can cover the use of advertising cookies and pixels that pass identifiers to advertising platforms for cross context behavioral advertising.
To the extent we use such advertising technologies, that activity may be treated as “sharing” under those laws. You can opt out at any time by:
- Enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser
- Adjusting your cookie settings where we offer a cookie banner
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
08Email and text communications
When you register for a webinar, join the free community, or opt into our list, you are agreeing to receive emails from us. Those emails include the information you asked for plus periodic marketing about our programs.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not stop transactional messages such as receipts, access details for something you purchased, or important notices about your account.
If we ever send text messages, we will get your express written consent first, message frequency will vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them by replying STOP.
09How long we keep information
| Type of information | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Marketing list contacts | Until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record kept indefinitely so we do not email you again |
| Applications and call bookings | Up to 24 months after your last interaction with us |
| Client records and work product | For the length of the engagement plus 3 years |
| Transaction and tax records | 7 years, as required by tax law |
| Website analytics and logs | Up to 26 months |
| Call recordings | 12 months |
When a retention period ends we delete the information or irreversibly anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.
10How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business. These include encryption in transit, access controls that limit who on our team can see what, multi factor authentication on our core accounts, and vendors selected in part on their security posture.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator within the timeframes the law requires.
11Your US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. States that currently grant these rights include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing list of others.
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
- Delete. Ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records.
- Correct. Ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Portability. Get a copy of your information in a portable, machine readable format.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Limit sensitive information. Limit our use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you.
- Non discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality experience for exercising any of these rights.
- Appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days and tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree.

12Your EEA, UK, and Swiss rights
We hold live sessions at times published in Central European Time and welcome participants from Europe, so the GDPR and UK GDPR may apply to you. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected

13How to exercise your rights
We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming you control the email address associated with your records. For sensitive requests we may ask for additional confirmation. We do not use verification information for any other purpose.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you within that first 45 days and take no more than 45 additional days. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we will tell you the reason before doing anything.
14International data transfers
We operate in the United States and our service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access our site or buy from us from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with additional safeguards where appropriate. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism by emailing us.
15Children's privacy
Our site, programs, and services are for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
16Third party sites and communities
Our site links to platforms we do not control, including Skool for our free community, Calendly for scheduling, and our social media profiles. Once you are on one of those platforms, that platform's own privacy policy governs, not ours.
Anything you post in a community space is visible to other members of that space. Treat it as public and do not post information you would not want other members to see.
17No health information, no medical advice
18Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business, our tools, or the law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will give you notice by email or a prominent notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
